Another week of development and a number of issues have been resolved, a number of others found. Further to this previous post, measures had been put in place this week to speed up loading times of the club websites. Although this was working briliantly in the test environment, it caused a number of issues on the live site due to increased security restrictions. Methods have been found to overcome these issues but it's not going to be a quick fix. it appears that speeding up the club websites is going to be a long and drawn-out process.
As per the norm, there has also been good news this week. Problems with club member's private messaging have been fixed and the tool for exporting membership data has also been completed. As can be seen in the image below, club website admins can now choose which profile fields to export for their members, and convert them into a CSV file (Comma Seperated Values), or an XLS file(Excel Spreadsheet).
Support Tickets have also been realised this week and club website administrators can now submit new support tickets and manage existing support tickets.
At the start of another week of development, the to-do-list is looking manageable, and as testing continues, one looks forward to a time when everything is working as it should do...
